Hello everyone and welcome to Madison Avenue Blonde! Since people don’t enjoy reading narcissistic paragraphs, I figured I’d use bullet points about myself for anyone who is curious! If you’ve got a question, don’t be shy… leave a comment & I’ll gladly get back to you!

1.      I grew up as a military brat (Go Navy!) so home to me consists of many different cities and beach towns but I spend the most of my childhood in Charlotte, NC & Panama City Beach, FL.

                                           

2.      I attend FSU in Tallahassee, FL where I am studying English with a concentration in Editing, Writing & Media. Go Noles! Go ACC! Go Jesus!

 

3.      Yes, I am a Christian. Am I going to shove it in your face on this blog? No.

 

4.      I am passionate about three things in life: Writing, Sports & Travel.

 

5.      My wardrobe, hair and makeup is surprisingly something I don’t care too much about but apparently others do so that is why I’ll be posting about those things from time to time.

 

6.      I’m an outdoors enthusiast and could spend all of my time outside and in a bikini if it was normal. But it’s not… L

 

7.      My personality is very care free, anything goes and laid back. Offending me, upsetting me or getting me to cry is nearly impossible. I’m a beach girl who is just always down for a good time!

 

8.      I have only been in love one time and that is with my dog! Her name is Teal, she is two and she is a Boykin Spaniel.

 

9.      My family situation is very complicated and I will most likely not talk about it on this blog until much later. Regardless, it’s made me a very strong woman.

 

10.  The name of this blog is Madison Avenue Blonde due to the fact that I am very obviously a blonde for one, and for two, I was named after Madison Avenue in New York City. I adore the city just as my mom did when she was pregnant with me. J
